To be eligible for a maintenance plan, you must first have an initial Complete Detail service performed on your vehicle. This initial service ensures that your vehicle is in a suitable condition for ongoing maintenance. If you decide to purchase a Maintenance Plan at the same time as the Complete Detail service, you will receive a 20% discount on that Complete Detail service.

It's important to note that the Maintenance Plan services are "use it or lose it". This means that if you miss a scheduled monthly or quarterly maintenance, you will not receive a refund, and the missed services do not carry over to the next period. Our ability to offer discounted maintenance plan prices is based on the assumption that the regularity of maintenance helps to reduce the time required for each service. If services are missed, the vehicle's condition may worsen, and the subsequent service may take longer than anticipated.

All Maintenance Plan contracts have a duration of 12 months and can be renewed on an annual basis. Each maintenance plan is specific to a single vehicle and cannot be transferred to a different vehicle at any time.
